Community Standards Agreement

By participating within the Sober24.com community you accept the following terms and will abide by these rules of conduct.

Sober24.com reserves the right to delete any message that violates our community standards and terminate you as a member.

1. You must be at least 13 years old to post on the discussion boards.

2. Personal attacks, sexual references, racial putdowns are NOT allowed.  You agree that you will be courteous to others, even when disagreeing. You may express your opinion about a person's ideas, NOT about them personally.

3. Sober24.com cannot allow any of the following:

· sexually explicit language, description, or images.

· language, description, or images that encourage drug use, crime, or violence.

· profanity, obscenity, swearing, or inappropriate language of any kind.

4. You agree not to disrupt or interfere with discussions or forums. If a thread or post is removed by a moderator or administration, beginning a new thread to discuss the removed topic or the removal of the removed thread or post is disruptive and not allowed.

5. You may not pretend to be other members, celebrities, or Sober24.com staff.

6. You agree not to ask other members for their passwords or personal information and never give your password or other personal information to others. (Sober24.com employees will never ask for your password.) Note: Any personal information you disclose may affect your anonymity and Sober24.com is not responsible for any and all situations that arise because of such disclosure.

7. You agree not to post chain letters or pyramid schemes.

8. While Members are permitted to post links to external sites, you may not post links to pages that include content which would stand in violation of any of the other rules of conduct in this Community Standards Agreement. In addition, you may not post links to sites for the purpose of marketing a product or business opportunity or any other commercial venture. Also, in general, we prefer to have links to other recovery sites submitted to Guideposts for review and possible inclusion in our Resources page. Sober24 reserves the right to remove any posted link at any time for any reason.

9. You understand Sober24.com cannot vouch for the honesty of everyone who visits here.

10. You may not post copyrighted material.

11. You agree that if you see anyone on Sober24 violating the above standards, please report it to admin@sober24.com. (Please include the offender’s username and/or links to offensive posts.)
